Which Nanchang medical waste treatment equipment is good?

All kinds of rubbish were discarded on the roadside.

White smoke is everywhere in the garbage mountain.

The garbage mountain photographed in the distance

Nanchang News Network News Since 1992, domestic and production wastes in Jinxian County have been piled up in Mashan Road Landfill in minhe town for treatment. During the 25 years of service, the accumulated garbage gradually produced various physical and chemical reactions, releasing a lot of biogas. From March 2065438 to March 2005, villagers found that the garbage dump spontaneously ignited for 24 hours, producing a lot of smoke, which made people feel sick and chest tightness. Residents within three kilometers of Fiona Fang around the garbage dump are afraid to open the window. They have already bought a house and have the conditions to move out. What is even more frightening is that there are several primary and secondary schools in the affected areas, and the nearest kindergarten is only 500 meters away from the "garbage mountain".

In the south of the county seat, the "garbage mountain" surrounded by poisonous gas spontaneously ignited for 24 hours.

According to Da Zhuang (a pseudonym), a resident of minhe town, Jinxian County, Mashan Road landfill is 3 kilometers away from the nursery community where he lives. Since the 1980 s and 1990 s, the garbage in Jinxian County has been transported there for treatment. Over time, it has now become a "garbage mountain" with an area of tens of acres and a height of more than ten meters.

"With the acceleration of urbanization, the area of the county is getting bigger and bigger, and there are more and more buildings around the garbage dump. This location is actually very close to the county center. " Da Zhuang told Nanchang News Network that whenever it is sunny continuously, a large amount of toxic smoke generated by the 24-hour spontaneous combustion of "garbage mountain" will cover the entire southern district of Jinxian County. Within 3 kilometers from Fiona Fang, there are Heng Chang Huacheng, Gelin County and Kang Sheng Sunshine City. There are Shengli Road, Qiaoyunan Road, Mashan Road, Jinxian Avenue and other county main roads, as well as Tujia Primary School, Jinxian No.3 Middle School and Jinxian No.6 Middle School.

Da Zhuang said that on March 5, 20 15, he had reported the matter to the Nanchang People's Voice Political Affairs column of Nanchang News Network. Jinxian County Committee replied at that time that the landfill was being upgraded and no more garbage was added. It is estimated that the original landfill garbage will be cleaned up in July 20 15. However, now that one year has passed, the "garbage mountain" has not been cleaned up, but the spontaneous combustion of garbage and air pollution have intensified, and people around it are miserable.

The discarded medical chemical waste on the roadside is still burning in rainy days.

In order to verify the situation reflected by Dazhuang, recently, a reporter from Nanchang News Network braved the rain and went to the Mashan Road landfill site in minhe town, Jinxian County for on-the-spot investigation. Near the garbage dump, the reporter obviously smelled a pungent smell. There are all kinds of rubbish scattered on the road to the dump, including sponges, plastic products, pesticide bottles and so on. There are even some glass bottles marked in English.

When the reporter tried to climb the "garbage mountain", the mud deposited on the ground blocked the way. With one foot, the shoes can sink to 10 cm. A passing villager quickly advised the reporter: "Don't go up, dead pigs and sheep are littered on this mountain, and it will be poisoned if you go up." Hearing this, the reporter had to give up climbing.

Standing at the foot of the "garbage mountain", looking up, I saw a lot of garbage piled up into mountains, and raindrops as big as soybeans tilted down in the sky, but there were still many places on the "garbage mountain" with white smoke, and it was useless for rain to pour on them.

Next to the "garbage mountain" is a kindergarten.

After watching 15 minutes at the scene, the reporter and two colleagues in charge of camera shooting felt very uncomfortable and disgusting, so they had to leave the "garbage mountain" and go to the nearby Shi Jia resettlement community.

In Shi Jia community, which is only 500 meters away from the "garbage mountain", the disgusting smell emitted by the "garbage mountain" is much lighter, but it is still pungent. At the entrance of sunshine kindergarten in the residential area, you can directly see that the top of the "garbage mountain" is still smoking and burning. Xiuying (a pseudonym), director of the kindergarten, told Nanchang News Network that the smoke generated by the garbage dump would definitely do harm to children's health, so the kindergarten had to close the doors and windows during class. She hopes that the government can deal with this "garbage mountain" as soon as possible.

The villager Xiang Ying (pseudonym) told the reporter that she had been suffering from chest tightness and nausea since the beginning of the year, and she couldn't find the cause when she went to the provincial hospital. Every time she hangs a drip in a small clinic next to her, it can be slightly relieved. "There is nothing to check now. If cancer is detected one day, who will pay for the health of ordinary people? " Xiang Ying told reporters that the residents reflected the problems to the county party committee and the government, and also found many departments such as county management and county environmental protection, which were not effectively solved.

I heard that a reporter from Nanchang News Network came to interview the "garbage mountain", and many villagers and parents of their children ran over to complain to the reporter. "I have also reflected to the government that it has been cleaned up, but it has been unable to move and it will cost a lot of money. The government said there was no money. " A resident told reporters that there are probably more than 2,000 households in the whole community. Those who have money and conditions have bought houses and moved away. Many villagers who can't move away have bought air purifiers at home.

Dioxins produced by burning garbage will increase the risk of cancer.

The reporter found that according to the provisions of China People's Congress and the national standard GB 50869-20 13 "Technical Specification for Sanitary Landfill Treatment of Domestic Waste", landfills should not be set up in areas where the boundary between the landfill area and the open-air leachate treatment area is within 500m from residential areas or water supply points for people and livestock. Article 41 of the Law on the Prevention and Control of Air Pollution in People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that it is forbidden to burn asphalt, linoleum, rubber, plastic, leather, garbage and other substances that produce toxic and harmful smoke and malodorous gases in densely populated areas and other areas that need special protection according to law.

500 meters refers to the sanitary protection distance during normal landfill, while the distance between Mashan Road landfill and the nearest Shi Jia community is about 500 meters, which seems to conform to the specifications at first glance, but the problem is that the "garbage mountain" spontaneously produces a lot of harmful gases all the year round, and this distance has been difficult to ensure the health and safety of residents.

During the period of 1998, the US Environmental Protection Agency conducted a comparative study on the emissions of domestic open-air incineration of mixed garbage, classified garbage and modern incinerators. It is found that there are at least 20 kinds of harmful pollutants discharged into the atmosphere by burning garbage in the open air, including benzene, acetone, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorobenzene, dioxins, furans, polychlorinated biphenyls, PM 10 (particles with a diameter below 10 micron in the atmosphere, also known as inhalable particles or floating dust) and PM2.5 (particles with a diameter less than or equal to 2.5 microns in the atmosphere).

Professor Pan Xiaochuan from peking university health science center once explained the dangers of burning garbage in the open air. He said that burning garbage in the open air is often incomplete combustion, which is the main cause of dioxin production; Because there are a lot of plastics in domestic garbage, open-air combustion will produce a lot of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. In addition, garbage also contains a lot of heavy metals and nitrates, which will enter the ground with rainwater and pollute the soil and groundwater.

Dioxin, known as the "repetitive killer" in the environment, is a special organic compound with strong toxicity. Its toxicity is 50- 100 times higher than that of sodium cyanide, 900 times higher than that of arsenic and 0/000 times higher than that of potassium cyanide. Known as "the most toxic poison on earth", it is more carcinogenic than aflatoxin. At present, it is listed as a first-class carcinogen, which can cause skin acne.

Studies have shown that long-term exposure to high concentrations of dioxins will damage the immune system, developmental nervous system, endocrine system and reproductive function. The cancer mortality rate of workers exposed to high concentrations of dioxins is 60% higher than that of the general population. The most sensitive consequences of dioxin entering human body include endometriosis, developmental effects of nervous system behavior (recognition), systemic developmental effects of reproduction (sperm count, female genitourinary system malformation) and immunotoxicity.

Experts suggest testing whether the waste liquid pollutes the environment.

Regarding the current situation of garbage mountain, the reporter contacted Professor Wang Huaijian from the Land Institute of Jiangxi Agricultural University. He told reporters that only the testing units under the local environmental protection bureau in Jiangxi have appraisal qualifications, and there are only a few enterprises in the country that can obtain qualifications, and they are all in first-tier cities such as Beijing and Guangzhou.
