The hospital has a beautiful environment and reasonable planning. The hospital now covers an area of about 30,000 square meters, building more than 30,000 square meters. The main buildings of the hospital are: the medical and technical building built at the end of 1957, the outpatient building built in 1991, an inpatient building with a floor area of 15,800 square meters and complete configuration built at the end of 1999, an oncology comprehensive treatment building with a floor area of 3,300 square meters and a number of ancillary buildings built at the end of 2000. The hospital wards are equipped with central oxygen supply, air-conditioning, TV and independent bathrooms, and hot water is supplied 24 hours a day, providing a comfortable medical environment for the public. Under the high attention and strong support of local party and government leaders, the Medical Technology Outpatient and Emergency Department Complex Expansion Project was established by inviting Guangdong Modern Hospital Management Society and Modern Hospital Architecture and Design Institute for demonstration, research, planning and design. The project design has a modern hospital atmosphere, novel landscape, complete functions, reasonable layout, with underground parking lot and the top floor of the sky villa-style convalescent wards. The total construction area is 32,000 square meters. In April 2006, the construction was completed and in November 2007, it was opened. After the completion of the renovation and expansion project, the scale of the hospital was expanded to 650 beds.
