PP filter element
PP filter element is also called PP melt-blown filter element. The folding microporous filter element is a precision filter device made of Polypropylene (Polypropylene) thermal spray fiber membrane and nylon (Nylonb) polytetrafluoroethylene (PTEE) microporous filter membrane, which has the advantages of small volume, large filtering area and high precision. The filtration accuracy can range from .1μm to 6 μ m. The sealing of the filter element end cover and the connection of the whole structure are all bonded by hot melt. There are three types of filter element connectors: 222 connector, 226 connector and flat mouth. activated carbon filter
There are two kinds of activated carbon filter products: compressed activated carbon filter and bulk activated carbon filter.
1. The compressed activated carbon filter element adopts coal-based activated carbon and coconut shell activated carbon with high adsorption value as filter materials, and is sintered and compressed by food-grade adhesive. The inside and outside of the compressed activated carbon filter core are wrapped with a layer of non-woven fabric with filtering function, so as to ensure that the carbon core itself will not drop carbon powder, and the two ends of the carbon core are provided with soft Ding Qing rubber gaskets, so that the carbon core can be put into the filter cartridge with good sealing performance.
2. Bulk activated carbon filter core puts the required activated carbon particles into a special plastic shell, and the end caps are welded on the two ends of the shell with welding equipment. The two ends of the shell are respectively put with non-woven filters for filtering, so as to ensure that carbon powder and black water will not fall off when the carbon core is used. According to the needs of customers, the end cover of the shell can be made into different types of connection ports. Interface modes are: flat pressure type, pipeline type (models: 442, 444, 446, etc.).
