-Strictly observe the aseptic operation procedure;
-Check the package, open it and take out the Colaflex connector, use a syringe without needle to extract 2-3ml of saline, connect it with the negative end of Colaflex and make the positive end of the connector upward to vent the air;
-Remove the protective cap of the Colaflex connector, connect the positive end of Colaflex connector with the indwelling needle that has already been punctured; use a syringe to draw back and vent the air stored between the indwelling needle and Colaflex connector;
-Then, if infusion is to be made immediately, it can be made immediately by the syringe. Pump back to expel the air stored between the needle and the Cornflux connector;
-If the infusion is to be given immediately, the infusion set can be connected to the Cornflux connector and the infusion can be given immediately. If the infusion is not immediate, then saline can be used to flush down the blood in the Krefeld connector and the indwelling needle;
-After the infusion is completed, the appropriate amount of saline can be injected into the Krefeld connector to flush the retained fluid; the replacement of the Krefeld connector is generally based on the replacement period of the indwelling needle, and its disposal can be handled according to the hospitals around the world.
