Wuhai includes three districts Haibowan District, Wuda District and Hainan District. Wuda District is Wuhai West. If you start from Haibeowan District, take the train from Wuhai directly to Wuhai West off, and then take a taxi to Wusutu Lantai sewage treatment plant, or from Haibeowan 302 vegetable market directly on the Wuhai - Wusutu shuttle bus.
