On the other hand, the principle of sufficient reason is not the main principle of cognition between object-objects, between perceptual ideas, but only the main principle of being, the law of causality. All objects, if they are to exist, cannot be divorced from the principle of sufficient reason; in other words, all objects must manifest themselves as the result of some cause.
