Choose a suitable installation site
Outdoor air conditioners should be installed in clean, bright and well-ventilated places, such as roofs, balconies or courtyards. Avoid the influence of lampblack, steam or other heat sources on its heat dissipation.
Ensure adequate maintenance and cooling space.
A space of 1 m should be reserved on one side of the cooling fan in the air outlet direction, and a space of 0.5 m should be reserved on the other three sides to avoid any sundries or obstacles from affecting the cooling airflow.
Avoid the cooling fan facing the monsoon direction.
Excessive monsoon may cause resistance to the cooling fan.
Regular inspection and cleaning
Check the cooling fan blades or motors regularly to see if the air volume is normal. Regularly clean the radiator fins and copper tube surfaces to remove dust and dirt.
Overheating problem of air conditioner external unit
Overheating of outdoor unit of air conditioner may be caused by many reasons. For example, dust on the condenser fins, insufficient snow species or direct sunlight on external machines. If the machine still doesn't work after adding refrigerant, it may be necessary to further check and repair the machine itself.
