Storage of chemicals, radioisotopes and materials containing radioactive substances that may produce occupational disease hazards. At the entrance and the storage place to set up the corresponding warning signs and simple Chinese warning instructions

15 12?Occupational disease hazards at the scene of the accident warning line

In the occupational disease hazards at the scene of the accident, set up a temporary warning line. According to the actual situation, set up a temporary warning line, divided into different functional areas.

The red warning line is located in the immediate vicinity of the source of the accident hazards, the source of the hazards and the area outside the separation, limited to wearing the appropriate protective equipment professionals can enter the area

The yellow warning line is located in the perimeter of the hazardous area, inside and outside of the hazardous area and the clean area, respectively, the area of the personnel to wear the appropriate protective equipment, the entry and exit of the area of personnel must be decontaminated

The yellow line is located in the hazardous area around the hazardous area, inside and outside the hazardous area and the clean area.

The green warning line is located around the perimeter of the hazardous area.

19 Appendix D (normative appendix) toxic substances operating positions occupational disease hazards notification card 19.1 D.1 Content and description

The "notification card" is set in the use of highly toxic substances operating positions in the conspicuous position of a warning, it is simple graphics and text, the operating positions exposed to the hazards of toxic substances to inform the workers, and to remind the workers to take the appropriate preventive and treatment measures. The card includes information on the hazards of the toxic substances. The Notification Card includes a general reminder column for toxic substances, the name of the toxic substance, health hazards, warning labels, instruction labels, emergency treatment, and physical and chemical properties.

D.1.1 General tips

In the top column of the Notification Card, "Toxic substance, harmful to human body, please pay attention to protection" is marked in white letters on a red background as a general tip.

D.1.2 Toxic substance name

Label the name of the toxic substance in Chinese. The name should be conspicuous and clear, located in the upper left of the Informational Card, and the name should be provided in English when possible.

D.1.3 Health Hazards

Briefly state the consequences of occupational disease hazards on human health, including acute and chronic hazards and special hazards. This item is located in the upper middle part of the Notice Card.

D.1.4 Warning Signs

In the name of the right below, set the corresponding warning statement or warning signs, there are multiple hazards. Multiple warning signs or warning statements can be set.

D.1.5 Emergency treatment

Briefly express the emergency treatment and preventive measures in the event of acute poisoning

D.1.6 Directive signs

Use warning statements or directive signs to indicate the occupational hazards to be taken to protect measures.

D.1.7?Physical and chemical properties

Briefly express the characteristics of toxic substances physical and chemical, combustion and explosion hazards.

D.1.8 Rescue phone

Set up for in the event of accidental leakage or other hazards that may cause occupational disease emergency telephone, easy to organize the appropriate forces for rescue work.

D.1.9 Occupational health consultation telephone number

A consultation telephone number for workers to provide knowledge and advice on the prevention of occupational disease hazards.
