(5) Party B shall set up management organizations and personnel in the property in accordance with the principle of efficient and streamlined;
(6) Establishment of property management files in the residential area and be responsible for the timely recording of relevant changes;
(7) Transfer of all special houses and related property, all property management files and related information to Party A upon expiration of the management period;
(8) Carrying out effective and efficient community management; (9) Provision of facilities and services to the residents of the residential area; and (10) Provision of facilities and services to the residents of the residential area. (8) To carry out fruitful community convenience services;
(9) To have the right to select and employ a specialized company to undertake the special business of property management in the residential area and to pay for the expenses, but shall not transfer the overall responsibility for and benefits of the property management in the residential area to other persons or units.
Article IX contract changes, supplements and termination
1, the consensus of the two sides, the terms of this contract can be revised changes or supplements to the written contract shall prevail.

Article 10 Other Matters
