V. Qualifications
The competition is divided into creative, start-up, growth and employment-based entrepreneurial groups. The secondary colleges will screen and recommend qualified teams to participate in the on-campus competition. The specific conditions for participation are as follows:
1. Creative group. The project has a good idea and more formed product prototype or service model, in May 31, 20xx has not yet completed the business registration. The participants must be the team leader, and must be students of ordinary higher education institutions.
2. Startup Group. The project has been registered for less than three years (registered after March 1, 20xx) and has received no more than one round of institutional or individual equity investment. The participant must be the legal representative of the start-up enterprise, and must be a student of an ordinary school of higher education, or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. Any change in the legal representative of the enterprise after the date of the announcement of the competition will not be recognized.
3. Growth Group. The project has been registered for more than 3 years (registered before March 1, 20xx); or registered for less than 3 years (registered after March 1, 20xx), and has received more than 2 rounds of institutional or individual equity investment (including 2 rounds). The participant must be the legal representative of the enterprise, and must be a student of an ordinary school of higher education, or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. The change of the enterprise's legal representative after the announcement of the competition will not be recognized.
4. Employment-based Creative Group. The project is effective in improving the quantity and quality of employment for college students. If the project has not completed the business registration before May 31, 20xx, the participant must be the team leader and must be a student of an ordinary school of higher education. If the project has completed business registration before May 31, 20xx, the participant must be the legal representative of the enterprise, and must be a student of an ordinary school of higher education or a graduate within 5 years of graduation. Any change in the legal representative of the enterprise after the date of the announcement of the competition will not be recognized.
The equity structure of projects that have completed business registration in the startup, growth and employment-based entrepreneurship groups must not be less than 1/3 of the total number of participating members. For projects that transform scientific and technological achievements of universities, it is allowed to combine the equity of teachers who own the scientific research achievements, and the combined equity shall not be less than 50% (of which the total number of participating members shall not be less than 15%).
Sixth, the competition system and schedule
The competition adopts a two-tier system of school-level preliminary rounds and school-level finals, in which the preliminary rounds are in the form of a review by each second-level college, and the final rounds are in the form of a comprehensive review by the Department of Arts, Culture, Sports, and Education and Liberal Studies, organized by the relevant departments.

This function is defined as a search function, that is, the user can open the APP directly in the search bar to enter their own symptoms, the system will be based on the symptoms entered by the patient in the APP, and the patient's symptoms will be analyzed. The system will search for similar symptoms in the pathology library of the APP according to the symptoms entered by the patient, so that the patient can choose according to his own specific symptoms, and at the same time, after the symptoms, it is a variety of detailed medication, dosage, cycle, price, so that the user can make the most appropriate choice according to his own actual situation.
The feature also has a list of the most common conditions in our daily lives, where you can type in the initials to quickly and easily find the symptoms and solutions to those conditions.
At the same time, this feature also includes a drug compendium, which is a collection of all the medications in this feature, so that users can directly look up the main symptoms, dosage, adverse effects, contraindications, and prices of a particular drug.
2.2 Hospital Information Query
This feature starts by enabling positioning, which locates the user in his/her city. After positioning, the drop-down list shows all the hospitals and pharmacies in his/her city, which can be viewed in order of proximity, rank, and favorability.
For pharmacies, the app provides an introduction to each pharmacist, the symptoms each pharmacy specializes in, and the contact information for each pharmacy.
For hospitals, the app provides detailed information about the hospitals, including the departments in each hospital, the doctors in each department, and the more famous departments or doctors in each hospital.
In this feature, users who have already logged in can rate the hospital or pharmacy below for other users' reference and choice.
2.3 Seek medical advice online
The third function, our app provides an online consultation service, users can choose a certain hospital they want to consult a certain department of a certain doctor, if the user does not have a clear choice, you can also directly enter the department, the system will automatically recommend eligible doctors to the user.
In this feature, the user can communicate with the doctor in a variety of ways, including graphic communication, voice calls, video calls, and so on.
The doctors registered in our app must be registered practitioners with a license to practice medicine, and they are all working physicians at major hospitals, so the online consulting service we provide is not a free consulting service, and we will set different fees based on the level of the doctors, their popularity, and the way users communicate with them.

Electronic medical records are a feature of our app, for users who use our app, every record of the user's visit, including the specific symptoms and solutions will exist in the electronic file, which is convenient for the user to call in the future, and in the process of future visits to the doctor to provide a reliable reference.
The e-portfolio will also record the user's physical examination status, and can be based on multiple physical examination status for a statistic, forming a trend, and then analyzed by a licensed physician, to summarize the abnormal indicators, and instantly give a solution to make the user's values as soon as possible to return to the stable.
The electronic medical record will also record whether the user has an adverse reaction to various medications, providing a reference for the doctor to use the medication, and at the same time, it will also record the user's allergic reaction, preventing medical malpractice due to misuse of medication.
We also plan to connect the data in the electronic medical record to the resident ID card, so that the ID card can be used to read the electronic medical record in each hospital or medical checkup center, which is convenient and can be recalled at any time.
In addition, we plan to combine the APP with major medical device companies, so that tests performed by patients through medical devices are transmitted to the phone in real time and deposited into the electronic medical record.
