How to test the primary welder's certificate

The primary welder's certificate should be registered in occupational skill testing authority, the local labor and social security bureau. 1. Apply for the primary vocational qualification certificate

(3) Possess the post operation certificate of this type of work (only required for certain types of work)

2. Apply for the intermediate vocational qualification certificate (only one of the following conditions can be met)

(1) Possess the post operation certificate of the same type of work (only required for certain types of work)

(2) Possess the primary certificate of the same type of work

3. Advanced vocational qualification.
