Zhang Ligang, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Zhang Ligang founded Aikang.com in 2004 and led the merger with Guobin Health Check in 2007. Mr. Zhang received his rigorous education at Fudan University, Columbia University School of Medicine and Harvard Medical School, and is an advocate and pioneer of health management services in China. In the travel industry, Mr. Zhang founded eLong.com, which changed the landscape of China's travel service industry, providing a new business travel service model for millions of members, and was successfully listed on NASDAQ. In the media field, Mr. Zhang founded the Harvard China Review, which has become the unofficial U.S.-China Business Summit at Harvard University. Mr. Zhang has served as Chairman of the Harvard Medical School Graduate Student Association, President and Publisher of Harvard China Review, Product Director of Sohu, and CEO of eLong.com. Mr. Zhang also serves as a member of the Harvard Graduate School Alumni Association Council, Vice President of the Harvard Beijing Alumni Association, and a member of the Beijing Youth Federation.
Huang Feiyan, Group Chief Marketing Officer
Prior to joining Akcome Guobin, Ms. Huang had more than 10 years of marketing and sales experience with eLong.com, Johnson & Johnson, IBM (Informix) and IDG. As one of the preeminent women in China's interactive marketing and consumer services industry, Ms. Huang has a deep understanding of consumer needs, which plays a forward-looking role in the development of Akcome's member services strategy. At eDragon, Ms. Huang has served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales for five years since the start of the business. Ms. Huang graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University and attended Mount Holyoke College for Women and Boston University's School of Business Administration.
Zhou Yafang, Senior Vice President of the Group
Ms. Yafang Zhou founded Shanghai State Guest Medical Center in 2000 and served as the President and General Manager, and Vice President of the Shanghai State Guest Medical Holding Group, where she pioneered the business model of health checkups and was one of the founders of China's health management industry. Prior to founding State-Guest, Ms. Zhou founded Shanghai International Peace Xinfeng Medical Checkup & Healthcare Co., Ltd. to introduce foreign medical services to Shanghai. Ms. Zhou studied at Tsinghua University and worked for the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau.
Hui Yunming, Group Vice President and General Manager, Shanghai Region
Mr. Hui Yunming brings to Akcome State Guobin more than 25 years of management experience in the pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare service industries. Previously, he served as Vice President of Shanghai Akcome East China Region, CEO and Director of Shanghai Helping Medical Network, Deputy General Manager of Health Pharmaceuticals (China) Limited (Eagle's Ginseng), and Secretary of the Youth League of the First Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Factory, Mr. Hui graduated from Shanghai Donghua University. Mr. Hui graduated from Shanghai Donghua University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Management and is an economist.

Mr. Huang Ning was the President of Shanghai State Guest Medical Holding Group, and previously founded and served as the Executive General Manager of Wuhan Asian Heart Hospital, one of the two leading heart disease hospitals in China. Mr. Huang was the executive director of the Wuhan branch of the China Society of Hospital Management, a deputy to the Wuhan People's Congress, a member of the Science, Education, Culture and Health Committee, and the deputy director of the Wuhan Municipal Health Committee of the Jiu San Society.
