Premise that the elevator should be stopped: if the elevator is stopped for more than 1 year or the stop period exceeds the next regular inspection date, the elevator user shall seal the elevator within 15 days, set warning signs, and go through the stop formalities at the special equipment supervision and management department responsible for elevator use registration.
Procedures required for elevator parking: Go to the Supervision Department of the Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision of the territorial jurisdiction to apply for stopping using special equipment, fill in the form and stamp it, and send it back to the Supervision Department for filing. If you want to use it again, go to the technical supervision bureau to apply for an application form for the reuse of special equipment and go through the activation procedures. Generally, the reasons for stopping use are plant optimization and elevator stopping use.
In the Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, the clauses concerning users of special equipment are mainly the requirements of Articles 83, 84, 85 and 86 of the Regulations, and the specific provisions of Article 83 of the Regulations require that users of special equipment should make corrections within a time limit if they are under any of the following circumstances; If no correction is made within the time limit, a fine of 2000 yuan or more and 20 thousand yuan or less shall be imposed; If the circumstances are serious, it shall be ordered to stop using or suspend production and business for rectification.
If the safety performance of equipment is changed, stopped, scrapped or transferred, it shall go through the change registration at the municipal and district quality supervision window with relevant information.
