Hold the connector when disconnecting it. For the connectors fixed with screws, completely loosen the screws, then hold the male and female connectors with both hands and pull them away. For connectors with locking reed, press the reed with your thumb and pull out the connector.
Never pull with one hand.

Both the connector and the clip have stops, and when the connector is installed, the stops engage with each other.
When removing the connector from the clip, pull the connector parallel to the clip to remove the stopper.
If the connector is twisted up and down or left and right, the housing may be damaged.
