As a special medical device commodity, according to the "Three Guarantees" regulations, within 7 days from the date of sale, customers can choose to return or exchange products if they have quality problems such as unqualified performance.
In the following cases, the "three guarantees" may not be implemented:
(1) Damage caused by improper use, maintenance and storage;
(2) No valid "Three Guarantees" certificate (glasses list or invoice);
(3) The model and specification of the commodity are inconsistent with or altered from the model and specification of the certificate;
(4) Those who bring their own prescription for optometry and blindly ask for frames or luminosity that are not suitable for them feel uncomfortable after fitting glasses;
(5) There are no quality problems or cracks and scratches caused by improper use after opening the contact lens;
(6) Contact lens care products that affect resale after opening a bottle.
