This project mainly focuses on high-rise residential buildings, *** layout of ten high-rise residential buildings, respectively, 11, 17, 18, 19, 25 floors, and its high-rise residential buildings under the layout of underground parking and equipment rooms.
In the planning and design, the project highlights the principle of taking people as the core, pays attention to the relationship between the natural environment, commercial atmosphere, groups and people, takes the demand for the three aspects of the living environment, the type of living and the property management as the focus of the planning and design, and endeavors to plan the district into a new type of living area with beautiful living environment and perfect supporting service facilities.
The architectural design of the project is a frame shear-wall structure with seismic grade 7, and all the buildings are fireproof grade 2 for the above-ground part and fireproof grade 1 for the semi-underground part; the waterproofing of the underground works is grade 2 except for grade 1 of the power distribution room.
