The difference between hospital management committee and leadership group

Their responsibilities, organizational models, titles of top leadership positions, etc. are all different.

The leadership group focuses on leadership decision-making and does not participate in specific management. The management team focuses on specific management after leadership decisions. So the biggest difference between them is the different responsibilities.

The hospital management committee is a permanent organization and an institutionalized organization. A specialized organization established to complete certain management tasks. The leading group is composed of leading members, departments and offices. There are as many as a dozen or even twenty or thirty departments, and each department sends corresponding chiefs and deputies to serve as members of the leading group.
