II. Scope of application
This method is applicable to the assessment rewards and punishments of projects involving the company's new product development, technical improvement of existing products, process optimization, etc.
3. R&D project reward methods
(1) Project tiering and reward amounts at different levels
According to relevant regulations, the company will award projects that have been approved for development Determine the grade according to the type, and give a certain amount of reward according to the grade of the project.
(2) Regular goals, reward stage division and payment ratio of each stage
1. Graded reward table for the project In the first to third levels, project R&D personnel account for 60% and market development personnel account for 40%; in the fourth level, R&D personnel account for 60% and production line personnel account for 40%.
2. After the R&D is completed and the product passes the inspection according to the indicators in the project application form, the product will enter the pilot test stage and the R&D personnel will be awarded 20% of the total bonus of the project. (R&D ratio).
3. After the pilot product is launched, the full amount of rewards will be awarded according to the project levels, and the sales revenue will be cashed out

4. For exclusive or first products, the company will provide special rewards based on the actual situation of the project.
4. Assessment
After the project is established, the project leader or project manager will regularly report the progress of the project
to the person in charge of the R&D center. The R&D center is responsible for all Assessment, supervision and management of R&D projects.
5. Distribution of project bonuses
(1) When project bonuses are cashed out in stages according to the project progress, the overtime paid in advance for the project will first be deducted
, the remaining project bonuses will be distributed according to the following plan.
1. 10% of it will be used as bonuses for other supporting department personnel (quality inspection, R&D center back-office staff, etc.

2. 10% of it will be allocated to the general project leader who is responsible for the overall management, supervision, organization and implementation of the project.
3. 80% of the bonus belongs to the project team members, and the project leader withdraws 50% of the above amount

6. Project tiering and project leader extraction ratio standards

7. Bonus redemption
Based on the reward amount and project progress determined when the project was established, the person in charge of the R&D center will be responsible for promptly reporting in writing the projects that meet the award conditions. Submit the form to the general manager, who will review and approve it and then submit it to the Finance Department for enactment in accordance with the implementation details of the R&D project reward system.
8. This management system will be implemented from the date of approval by the board of directors.
