4 Responsibilities

4.4 Workshops are responsible for the custody and maintenance of the tooling in the process of use.

4.5 The supply department is responsible for the procurement of reproduction workpiece and commissioned the external contact of processing workpiece.

5 New production and reproduction of work uniforms

5.1 New production of work uniforms

5.1.1 For the ordering of work uniforms for new products, the Technical Department and the Production Department shall agree on the outsourcing or self-production.

5.2 Reproduction of tooling

5.3 Acceptance of tooling into the warehouse

5.4 The use and maintenance of tooling

5.4.5 Conditions for scrapping of tooling

a) Tooling due to the frequency of use, the period has reached or exceeded the design requirements, wear and tear can not ensure that the product is qualified.

b) Due to improper use of the operator caused by the workpiece damage and can not be repaired;

c) Due to product process improvement, technological innovation, the old workpiece has been canceled for a long time and do not intend to use in the future.

5.5 Tooling Cycle Inventory

The production department organizes the tooling workshop (department), quality department and technology department to conduct a comprehensive inventory of the company's tooling in use and inventory, verify its effectiveness and make a good state marking, and establish a perfect management file.

6 Inspection and Assessment

6.1 Assessment methods
