1. Raw material preparation: select high-quality stainless steel billet as raw materials, commonly used stainless steel materials including 304, 316, 321 and so on. Chemical composition analysis and physical property testing of raw materials to ensure that they meet the relevant standards and requirements.
2. Pickling and regrinding: Stainless steel raw materials first need to be pickled to remove the surface of the oxidized skin and other impurities, to ensure the cleanliness and surface quality of the material. After pickling, the raw material is silk-sanded (regrind) to further improve the surface finish and remove possible defects and oxidized layer.
3. Cold Drawing: The pickled and regrind stainless steel raw material will be fed into the cold drawing machine for the next step of processing. Cold drawing is an important part of cold processing, through the cold drawing power to form a seamless pipe. Cold drawing mainly consists of two processes: one is the processing of the billet, the billet will be gradually drawn into a smaller diameter seamless pipe; the second is the sizing, the use of molds, hauling mechanisms and other equipment will be further drawn to the required precision and size of the pipe.
4. Annealing: cold drawing process, stainless steel pipe will produce cold deformation, resulting in changes in the mechanical properties and crystal structure of the material. In order to restore the mechanical properties of the material and improve its workability, annealing treatment is required. The annealing process usually adopts gas protection annealing or vacuum annealing, so that the stainless steel pipe reaches a certain temperature, and maintained at this temperature for a period of time, and then slowly cooled to room temperature. ? Cutting and Inspection: After annealing treatment, stainless steel tubing can be cut or trimmed, according to the needs of cutting into appropriate
