Suck out a proper amount of liquid medicine with a syringe and prepare for injection.
Second, the method of drug absorption
(1) Medicine absorption in ampoule: bounce the liquid medicine at the tip of ampoule into the body, disinfect the neck and grinding wheel of ampoule with 70% ethanol cotton ball, make a saw mark on the neck of ampoule, disinfect again, wipe off fine debris, press the neck with cotton ball, break the ampoule, put the inclined surface of needle below the liquid level of ampoule, and suck out the liquid medicine. Don't hold the piston shaft by hand when sucking medicine, only hold the piston handle.
(2) Medicine suction in self-sealing bottle: remove the central part of the aluminum cover, after routine disinfection, insert the needle into the bottle stopper, inject the same amount of air into the bottle to increase the pressure in the bottle to avoid negative pressure, and then suck out the liquid medicine.
