Electrical schematic symbols

Magnetic valve graphic symbols generally have the following meanings:

1, with the box indicates the valve's working position, each box indicates a solenoid valve working position, i.e., "bit", there are a few boxes means that there are a few "bit", such as the two-position three-way Solenoid valve that there are two working positions.

2. The arrow in the box indicates that the oil circuit is on, but the direction of the arrow does not necessarily indicate the actual direction of the liquid flow;

3. The symbol "┻" or "?" in the box indicates that the circuit is not available;

4, The number of interfaces connected to the outside of the box has a few, it is indicated that a few "through";

5, in general, the valve and the system for oil or gas supply connected to the oil inlet / air inlet with the letter p; valve and the system back to the oil / gas return connected to the oil / gas return with the t (sometimes with o); and valves and actuators connected to the oil / gas port with a, b, etc. said; the valve and actuator connected to the oil / gas port with a, b, etc. said. gas port with a, b, etc. indicated. Sometimes in the graphic symbol with l that leakage port;

6, directional valves have two or more working position, one of them for the normal position, that is, the spool is not subject to manipulation of the position of the force. Graphic symbols in the center position is the three-position valve of the normal position. A two-position valve that utilizes spring reset has its normal position as the path state in the box near the spring. When drawing a system diagram, the oil/air circuit should generally be connected to the normal position of the directional valve.

Solenoid valve schematic:

Front of the "several positions", you want to see how many working conditions of the valve, it can be said to be a few positions, such as pneumatic component symbols, it is better to understand, in the symbols on the representation of the body of the valve in the square (with arrows or T lines) there are a number of is a number of positions. And the back of the "several pass", is on behalf of a square in which there are several points (and the arrow line and the T line intersection point), is a few pass.

Three-position five-way solenoid valve has three forms:

Middle seal: in the case of both coils are not given power, the pressure in the front and rear chambers of the cylinder remains unchanged after the last coil is de-energized, and the inlet port is closed.

Middle unloading: in the case of both coils are not given power, the cylinder front and rear chamber are no pressure, the inlet port is closed, the pressure distribution in the cylinder front and rear chambers through the solenoid valve two exhaust port discharge.

Medium pressure: in the case of both coils are not given power, the pressure in the front and rear chambers of the cylinder remains unchanged after the last coil is de-energized, and the pressure is continuously given, so that the pressure in the front and rear chambers of the cylinder is the same as that at the inlet end, the inlet port is opened and the exhaust port is closed.

Simply put, all three types have the same effect when both coils are energized in a distributed manner, the difference being when the cylinders are connected and both coils are not energized.

The center seal is used for the pressure maintaining circuit, the center pressure is used for the pressure regulating circuit, and the center unloading is used for the unloading circuit.
