Contents are as follows:
1, according to the "Property Management Regulations, Article 29": in the acceptance of the property acceptance procedures, the construction unit shall transfer the following information to the property services business:
(a) the completion of the general layout, single building, structure, equipment completion drawings, ancillary facilities, underground pipeline network engineering completion drawings, and other completion and acceptance of the data;
() (B) the installation, use and maintenance of facilities and equipment, and other technical information;
(C) property quality warranty documents and property use description documents;
(D) property management of other information necessary.
(e) The property service enterprise shall transfer the above information to the owners' committee upon termination of the preliminary property service contract.
2, the construction unit shall, in accordance with the provisions of the property management area in the configuration of the necessary property management room. The construction unit shall bear the warranty responsibility of the property in accordance with the warranty period and warranty scope stipulated by the state.

Violation of the provisions of this regulation, the construction unit of a residential property has not selected and hired a property service enterprise through bidding or, without approval, has adopted an agreement to select and hire a property service enterprise without authorization, the competent department of real estate administration of the people's government of the local government at or above the county level shall order rectification within a certain period of time, give a warning, and may be fined not more than 100,000 yuan fine.
In violation of the provisions of these Regulations, if a person engages in property management without obtaining a qualification certificate, the competent department of real estate administration of the local people's government at or above the county level shall confiscate the illegal income and impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan and not more than 200,000 yuan; and if a person causes losses to the owner, he shall be liable for compensation in accordance with the law. If a person obtains a qualification certificate by deception, he shall be punished in accordance with the first paragraph of this Article, and the qualification certificate shall be revoked by the department that issued the qualification certificate.
