4. The basic functions of the ordinary municipal transportation card. After recharging at designated recharge outlets, the card can also be used for other municipal transportation card applications (such as rail transportation, etc.) that are not within the scope of preferential treatment;

At the same time, the card face also shows the year of birth of the cardholder, which can also be used in other fields to obtain the identification of social preferential treatment, the market and society can determine the preferential status of the cardholder, and provide the corresponding preferential treatment or preferential services.
