The explosion-proof grade of explosion-proof electrical equipment is higher than that of protected area 1 explosion-proof IIB T4 2 explosion-proof IIC T6 and protected area 1. Why is it not as high as the explosion-proof certification standard in Zone 2?
Explosion-proof types that can be used in 1 area include explosion-proof type "D", intrinsically safe type ia and ib, pouring sealing type ma and mb, positive pressure type Px and Py, oil-immersed type O, sand-filled type Q, safety-enhanced type E junction box, junction box and single-leg fluorescent lamp, and the above types can also be used in area 2. Type n products can only be used in zone 2.
IIA, IIB and IIC represent dangerous gases, and the typical gas of IIA is propane, IIB is ethylene and IIC is hydrogen, regardless of the applicable area. For example, explosion-proof DIIIA, explosion-proof dIIB and explosion-proof d IIC can all be used in 1 and 2 zones in gas hazardous environment. If so, whether ExnLIIC products can only be used in Zone 2.
As for T4 and T6, they are only the highest surface temperatures of electrical equipment in normal operation, and the figures are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The higher the number, the lower the temperature and the wider the application scope of the product.
