Biomedical science majors on the one hand, students are required to master the basic knowledge of medicine and biology, on the other hand, students are required to combine the characteristics of the medical discipline in-depth study of electronic, information-based professional knowledge, such as medical electronics, detection and processing of medical signals, medical imaging and medical image processing, medical pattern recognition, medical instrumentation principles and design, and so on.

Graduates can be engaged in the field of biomedical engineering, scientific research on the basic theories of biomedical engineering, the design, development and maintenance of medical instruments and equipment, the development of software and hardware of medical information systems, as well as scientific research and technical management in the field of electronic information.

Biomedical Science
