Article 57 The driver of a motor vehicle shall, within ninety days before the expiration date of the motor vehicle driver's license, apply for a replacement of the motor vehicle driver's license to the place where the license was issued or to the vehicle management office outside the place where the license was issued. Application should fill out the application form and submit the following certificates, vouchers:
(a) motor vehicle driver's identification;
(b) motor vehicle driver's license;
(c) county or army regiment level or above, issued by the medical institutions of the relevant physical condition of the certificate. Belonging to the application of small automatic passenger cars for the disabled, should be submitted by the provincial health department designated by the specialized medical institutions issued by the relevant physical conditions of the certificate.
