24. Stable source of income: refers to that the annual per capita income is higher than the minimum living security line standard in the place of immigration.
25. Outstanding migrant workers: refers to migrant workers who have worked in fixed units for a long time and won comprehensive awards such as municipal model workers, March 8th red-flag bearers and new Long March strikers, or have the titles of senior technicians and technicians.
26. Other migrant workers who have made outstanding contributions: refer to migrant workers who have won honorary titles at or above the municipal level or who have made major inventions and creations, such as spouses, children of revolutionary martyrs and courageous people.
