Six, Sichuan earthquake disaster emergency rescue team

They have received strict training from relevant state departments. In the event of a major disaster, the rescue team will rush to the scene at the first time, which will play an important role in reducing casualties and property losses.

Yunnan Province is located in the eastern part of the collision zone between the Indian Ocean plate and the Eurasian plate, with frequent earthquakes. Since 1970, there have been 28 earthquakes of magnitude 6 or above, and earthquake disasters have become an important factor restricting Yunnan's economic construction and social development. The establishment of such a powerful rescue team in Yunnan Province is of great significance. In order to improve the emergency rescue ability of moderate and strong destructive earthquakes, the Gansu provincial government decided to set up a provincial earthquake disaster rescue team, so as to take effective measures to implement emergency rescue in time and minimize casualties when a major earthquake occurs.

From June 5438 to October 2003 10, the Earthquake Administration of Gansu Province and the Armed Police Gansu Corps jointly established the Gansu Earthquake Disaster Emergency Rescue Team with a strength of 100. Nine, the rescue forces of other disasters in China

(1) Mine Rescue Team

On June 29th, 2002, the 28th meeting of the 9th the National People's Congress Standing Committee (NPCSC) deliberated and passed the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on Safety in Production, which stipulated that units producing, managing and storing dangerous goods, as well as mining and construction units should establish emergency rescue organizations. In order to deal with mine disasters, many mine rescue teams were established earlier in China to carry out rescue work for such disasters. The duties of the team are: mine disaster relief, safety prevention, inspection and supervision, safety rescue training, instrument maintenance and accessories, gas and dust monitoring, technical guidance, ground fire fighting, etc. China has 120 coal mine rescue teams and 2 1000 rescuers. The mine rescue team implements militarized management and team title system, and the rescue team members are special operators in the underground front line, and the service contract system is implemented.
