What are the five points of nursing?

Barthel activity of daily living scale: patients were evaluated once after admission and discharge, or once every 14 days, and recorded in medical records.

Nursing risk assessment scale: admission assessment, no medical records, kept by the head nurse.

Pressure ulcer assessment scale: long-term bedridden patients; Patients with severe eating disorders need to be evaluated. Do not enter the medical record, the head nurse saves it.
