R&D products are mainly for the whole series of electronic and electrical switches, comfort system and body system control module, air conditioning manipulation mechanism, instrument control panel, electronic clock and other types of products. Product development generally have synchronous development with the host plant, CKD localization of two modes, the specific mode of operation depending on customer demand to determine.
The design department mainly uses UG, CATIA, PROTEL, MPLAB and other development software, establishes LIN, CAN and other cutting-edge technology development platforms, establishes and continuously improves technology development standards, technology management system and DFMEA database. The product design and development department adopts advanced PDM management system and is fully equipped with CAE, CANOE and other simulation and verification software, which can systematically and fully guarantee the quality of product design.
The process department has the ability to plan and configure process equipment for injection molding, stamping, spraying, LASER, SMT, automated assembly, computerized on-line testing, and so on. Sample development means rich, according to product development needs to make all kinds of product models, functional samples and other types of demand samples.
The Mold Center has the ability to design and develop plastic molds (including two-color injection molds), cold-drawn molds, die-casting molds, ceramic molds, rubber molds. Mold processing means complete, all kinds of mold manufacturing equipment *** more than 100 sets, mold processing precision, short development cycle.
The test center was established in accordance with the requirements of Volkswagen of Germany, Audi of Germany and General Motors of the United States for product inspection and testing standards. The test center has complete inspection and test means, which meets the requirements of each supporting OEM and is in the leading position among the domestic counterparts. The main inspection and test equipment was certified by Volkswagen Group in 2005 and GM in 2007. It has the ability to independently complete all routine inspection and testing projects for automotive electrical and electronic switches: including precision measurement of dimensions, mechanical testing, color brightness testing, acoustic noise measurement, electrical performance testing, environmental stability (simulated indoor and outdoor environment) testing, reliability testing, material performance testing, paint performance testing and inspection, and so on.
