Measures for the Management of Medical Cosmetic Services
Article 1 is to standardize medical cosmetology services, promote the healthy development of the medical cosmetology industry, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of medical patients. According to the "Practicing Physician Law", "Medical Institution Management Regulations" and "Nurse Management Measures" formulate these measures.
Article 2 The term “medical cosmetology” as mentioned in these Measures refers to the use of surgeries, drugs, medical devices and other traumatic or invasive medical techniques to repair a person’s appearance and the shape of various parts of the human body. and reshaping.
The term "beauty medical institutions" as mentioned in these Measures refers to medical institutions that mainly carry out medical beauty diagnosis and treatment business.
The term “attending physician” as used in these Measures refers to a practicing physician who meets the conditions specified in Article 11 of these Measures and is responsible for implementing medical beauty projects.
The Department of Medical Cosmetology is a first-level diagnosis and treatment subject, and the Department of Cosmetic Surgery, Cosmetic Dentistry, Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetic Traditional Chinese Medicine is a second-level diagnosis and treatment subject.
The medical beauty project is formulated and released by the Chinese Medical Association entrusted by the Ministry of Health.
Article 3 All institutions and individuals that provide medical beauty services must comply with these measures.
Article 4 The Ministry of Health (including the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine) is responsible for the management of medical beauty services nationwide. The health administrative departments of local people's governments at or above the county level (including the administrative departments of traditional Chinese medicine, the same below) are responsible for the supervision and management of medical beauty services within their respective administrative regions.
