What is the density of Teflon?

The density of PTFE is 2200 kg/m3. PTFE, also known as PTFE, is called "non-sticky coating" or "easy-to-clean material". The substance is acid-resistant and alkali-resistant, resistant to various organic solvents, and almost insoluble in any solvent. At the same time, PTFE has good high temperature resistance and very low friction coefficient, which can play a lubricating role and is also an ideal coating for easy cleaning of pipeline inner layer.

Characterized in that:

1, non-stick: almost all substances do not combine with Teflon coating. Very thin films also show good adhesion resistance.

2. Heat resistance: Teflon coating has excellent heat resistance and low temperature resistance. Short-term temperature resistance up to 300℃, good thermal stability, can work at low temperature without embrittlement and insoluble at high temperature.

3. Slippery: Teflon coating has low friction coefficient. When the load slips, the friction coefficient will change.

4. Moisture resistance: Teflon coating surface is free from water and oil, and it is not easy to get liquid during production operation. If there is a little dirt, please wipe it clean. Shorten parking time, save working hours and improve work efficiency.

5. Wear resistance: excellent wear resistance under high load. When the load is large, it has the dual advantages of wear resistance and non-adhesion
