Intelligent medical aids belong to the "science and technology to help the elderly and disabled", the Ministry of Science and Technology from the Eleventh Five-Year Plan to carry out the research and development of rehabilitation aids and application demonstrations. The direction of the development of intelligent rehabilitation aids with independent intellectual property rights as the goal, to improve and enhance the quality of life of people with disabilities, so that they can reintegrate into society. Reduce the cost of devices, save the cost of purchasing foreign products, reduce the burden of families, and better share the fruits of social and economic development.
From 2010 to 2017, this research direction of Hebei University of Technology presided over and completed 30 scientific research projects of various types***. Among them, 14 national projects such as National Support Program Project, National 863 Project, National Natural Fund, 6 provincial and ministerial projects such as Hebei Province, Tianjin Science and Technology Support, Natural Fund, 6 entrusted projects by enterprises and institutions, and 4 remaining projects.
The total research fund is about 20.834 million yuan. This research direction has been awarded 3 provincial and ministerial rewards such as Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award and Hebei Provincial Natural Science Award. We have obtained 29 invention patents and 40 utility model patents, and published more than 130 scientific research papers, among which, 37 papers are included in SCI/EI journals.
