For anti-HIV drugs provided free of charge by the state and anti-tuberculosis drugs, anti-malaria drugs and anti-schistosomiasis drugs involved in national basic public health projects, if the insured use them and meet the scope of public health payment, the basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance funds will not be paid, but will be paid by the basic medical insurance, industrial injury insurance and maternity insurance funds according to regulations.
