History:
The hospital was formerly known as Ganquan Hospital attached to the Medical College of Railway, after the Medical College of Railway was merged into Ganquan Hospital, it was renamed Tongji Hospital attached to the Medical College of Tongji University in 2004, which had triggered a trademark dispute of Tongji with Wuhan Tongji Hospital.

It has 1.5TMRI, 16-row spiral CT, single-photon dual-probe variable-angle ECT with PET function, DSA, and linear gas pedal and other large-scale equipment.
