The brake at the bottom of the spin-drying bucket is not loosened: remove the back cover, open the door of the spin-drying bucket, and then check whether the fixed brake is loose. If not, please check whether the cable connecting the door and the cover plate is loose or broken. If this happens, just tighten the cable or connect the cable correctly so that the brake can be released when the cover plate is opened.
Lubrication:
In order to make the washing machine run normally for a long time, it must be lubricated and maintained correctly on time. The main components that need lubrication are bearings and gears. Bearings need to be filled with L-TSA22 antirust and antioxidant lubricating oil with good wear resistance and oxidation stability through the oil injection hole, usually once every 2-3 years, or once a year if general mechanical oil is used.
The gear is lubricated with No.2 extreme pressure lithium-based grease with good adhesion, or zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate with a mass fraction of 1% or MoS2, L-CKC 100 gear oil with a mass fraction of 3%.
The bearings and gears of the dryer should be added with L-AN 15 and L-AN68 lubricating oil with good oxidation resistance, rust prevention and wear resistance every year or half a year. If sealed rolling bearings are used, polyurea-based thickened refined petroleum lubricating oil with a service life of more than 65,438+000 h should be sealed by the bearing factory, and No.2 grease containing rust-proof antioxidants should be added.
