Injection processing equipment for medical plastic parts

Precision injection molding: refers to an injection molding production mode in which the dimensional accuracy of plastic products produced by injection molding machine equipment can reach below 0.0 1mm, usually between 0.01-0.001mm.

Mold design:

1. The materials used to make cavities and runners must undergo strict heat treatment.

2. Choose alloy steel with high mechanical strength.

3. Or materials with high hardness (the molded parts should reach about HRC52), good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance.

Molding equipment:

Precision injection molding machine is a kind of injection molding machine with closed loop control. Usually, the injection pressure and injection speed of injection molding machine are closed-loop control, also called feedback control. In the control system, the output signal of the control system is detected by the detection element, and then the detection signal is transmitted to the controller, and the controller performs arithmetic processing on the detection signal, so that the output signal is consistent with the output signal required by the system, the output signal is closer to the expected value, and the system output deviation is minimum.

Simply put, closed-loop control is an automatic adjustment control that is closer to the expected value. Because the injection molding machine adopts injection closed-loop control, the repeatability and stability of injection molding are greatly improved, the dimensional fluctuation of parts is reduced, and the dimensional accuracy and stability of parts are also improved. Injection molding machine should realize closed-loop control.

For hydraulic injection molding machine, servo valve must be used to realize closed-loop control of pressure and flow in hydraulic system. In addition to the servo valve, the ultra-precision injection molding machine will also cooperate with the servo control board and computer control system to further improve the repeatability of the output pressure and flow of the hydraulic system and realize ultra-precision injection molding.
