1. Vehicle manufacturers and products listed in the announcement of the Development and Reform Commission;
2. Pass the national compulsory product certification (CCC certification) and remain valid;
3. Have the ability to maintain and serve the quantity of exported cars, and establish a relatively perfect sales and service system in major export markets;
4. Export enterprises (including import and export companies affiliated to automobile enterprise groups) shall obtain the export authorization of automobile production enterprises that meet the export conditions and export their products according to the authorization;
5. In the power of attorney, the export operation enterprise and the automobile production enterprise stipulate that * * * shall bear joint legal responsibilities such as quality assurance and after-sales service of export products. Automobile production enterprises (independent legal person enterprises) located in export processing zones and all products approved for export by the state are not subject to the above conditions.
Automobile production enterprises that meet the above conditions shall submit the relevant certification materials and the list of authorized export enterprises (three or less) to the local provincial and municipal mechanical and electrical offices before June 10+05 every year, and report them to the trade department of the Ministry of Commerce before June 10 after preliminary verification by the local mechanical and electrical offices.
