The high sites of nosocomial infection include aseptic tissue, body cavity or blood, and the instruments or devices involved in these sites must be disinfected, such as using intravascular devices, catheters, applying mechanical ventilation and performing surgery. This has become an important part of the treatment and nursing of many patients. The invasive operation or invasive medical equipment involved in these high-risk areas will greatly increase the risk of infection of patients, and even become a direct or indirect factor of patient death. Therefore, in recent years and even in the future, high-risk site infections that have received great attention and intervention include surgical site infection (SSI), ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP), central catheter-related bloodstream infection (CLABSI) and catheter-related urinary tract infection (CAUTI).
