China's waste-to-energy main equipment and its function
The main equipment of waste-to-energy are: incineration boiler, steam turbine, flue gas de-dusting equipment, leachate treatment equipment, and boiler make-up water equipment. The number of waste-to-energy equipment installations in China peaked in 2016-2020
Data from the public platform for automatic monitoring data of domestic waste incineration power plants shows that as of April 2023, among the waste incineration plants in operation in the country, 1,855 sets of mechanical **** installed grate incinerators, with a combined design capacity of 946,300 tons per day. Among them, 1514 mechanical grate incinerators have been put into operation since 2016, accounting for 81.6%; the design capacity is 805,700 tons/day, accounting for 85.1%.

From the domestic waste-to-energy power plant utilization examples, fluidized bed incinerator mainly adopts the technology of Japan Ebara, and the main incineration technology is grate furnace. Germany's Martin and Japan's Mitsubishi co-development of the earliest technology into China; Japan's Tian Xiong developed SN-type incinerator, there are quite a number of applications in the country, such as Beijing, Tianjin; European West Gus incineration technology also entered China, applied in Suzhou, Shenzhen; Japan's Hitachi shipbuilding incinerator used in Chengdu; Japan's JFE incinerator used in Qingdao and so on; Alstom CITY2000-type incineration technology has been localized, applied in Chongqing, Fuzhou and other places.
From the domestic and foreign waste power plants used in the incinerator market situation, foreign incinerator suppliers occupy more than 90% of the market share. Domestic waste incinerator providers are mainly: Weiming Group, Huaguang shares, Hangzhou New Century Energy, Zhongke General, Chongqing Sanfeng Kavanta, ZJU iso-fluidized bed furnace.
