The P-Series planetary gearheads are available in more than 27 sizes and include 2 or 3 stage planetary wheels that can be combined with different types of primary gears. The primary gears can be helical, bevel or a combination of helical and straight teeth. High-quality machining accuracy and finite element analysis of the planetary wheel cage optimize the load distribution on the surface of the planetary wheel and other contact parts. P series planetary gear reducer adopts modular design, which can be changed and combined according to customer's requirements. The reducer adopts involute planetary gear transmission, which makes reasonable use of internal and external meshing and power diversion, and the case is made of ductile cast iron, which greatly improves the steeliness of the case and its vibration resistance. The gears are carburized and quenched to get high hardness and wear-resistant surface, and all the gears are ground after heat treatment, which reduces the noise and improves the efficiency and service life of the whole machine. Therefore, it is characterized by light weight, small volume, large transmission ratio range, high efficiency, smooth operation, low noise, strong adaptability and so on.
Use of planetary reducer:
The planetary reducer is small in size, light in weight, high in carrying capacity, long in service life, smooth in operation and low in noise. It has the characteristics of power shunt and multi-tooth meshing for exclusive use. The maximum input power can reach 104kW. It is suitable for lifting and transportation, engineering machinery, metallurgy, mining, petrochemical industry, construction machinery, light industry and textile, medical equipment, instruments, automobiles, ships, weapons and aerospace and other industrial sectors.
The planetary reducer is a new type of planetary reducer with wide versatility. The internal gears are carburized and quenched with 20CrMnTi and the teeth are ground. The whole machine is characterized by small structure size, large output torque, large speed ratio, high efficiency, safe and reliable performance. This machine is mainly used in the slewing mechanism of tower crane, and can be used as supporting parts for lifting, excavation, transportation, construction and other industries.
Performance analysis of planetary reducer:
Ratio of reduction: input speed than output speed.
Number of stages: the number of sets of planetary gears. Since a set of planetary gears can not meet the larger ratio, sometimes two or three sets are needed to meet the user's requirements for larger ratios. Due to the increase in the number of planetary gears, the length of the two- or three-machine reduction stage will increase and the efficiency will decrease.
Full load efficiency: the transmission efficiency of the reducer under maximum load (fault stop output torque).
Average life: refers to the continuous working time of the reducer at the maximum input speed under rated load.
Rated torque: a standard for gearheads. At this value, when the output speed is 100 rpm, the life of the reducer is the average life. Above this value, the average life of the gearhead decreases. When the output torque exceeds twice this value, the gearhead fails.
Lubrication: No lubrication required. The gearhead is fully sealed, so there is no need to add grease during the entire service life.
Noise: In decibels (dB). This value is measured at an input speed of 3000 rpm, without load, at a distance of one meter from the reducer.
Return clearance: When the output end is fixed and the input end is rotated clockwise and counterclockwise so that the output end produces the rated torque +-2% torque, the input end of the speed reducer has a small angular displacement, which is the return clearance. The unit is "minute", i.e. one sixtieth of a degree. The return clearance values given in this manual refer to the output side of the reducer.
