Sterilization kettle use method and precautions

The use of the sterilization pot and the precautions are as follows:

(a) Operating steps:

1, confirm the correct connection of the power supply, the right side of the sterilization pot to turn on the power switch, and then press the "POWER ON/OFF" key! Turn on the power.

2, make sure the pressure inside the pot is 0, gently press the handle of the sterilizer cover downward, and open the cover by pressing the cover lock release pedal. Fill the sterilizer pot with water until you see the water over the crossbar of the center hole in the sump (approximately 2.0 liters of water is required).

3. Place items to be sterilized, close the lid to the magnetic seal and lock the lid in place. Be careful not to overfill the lid with individual small pellets.

4, select the operating mode (generally are selected ordinary sterilization mode, select other modes need to ask the safety officer).

5, start the sterilization program:

(1) to determine the water level in the bleeder bottle between "HIGH" and "LOW".

(2) Make sure that the water level in the drain bottle is low enough that it will not touch the top of the vent pipe.

(3) Press "START/STOP" to start the sterilization process.

6, sterilization is complete, the temperature drops to below 90 degrees (pressure in the pot is 0) before you can open the lid and take out the sterilized items.

7, press the "POWER ON/OFF" button to disconnect the power supply.

(2) Precautions:

1. Do not open the lid of the sterilizer until the pressure reaches 0 MPa.

2, the pressure gauge should be stopped when there is an abnormality.

3, when opening the lid of the sterilizer pot, due attention should be paid to the steam from the sterilization chamber to prevent scalding.

4, when placing the sterilized items should be careful not to touch the temperature probe in the damage liner.

5, when the water level in the bleeder bottle is higher than the "HIGH" mark, the water will be poured out to the "LOW" mark before sterilization.

6, when the water level in the pot is lower than the crossbar in the center of the chassis, you should add appropriate amount of distilled water to the crossbar can be diffused.

7, in order to avoid blocking the pipe system, should be changed frequently; the equipment is ready for a long time out of service, the sterilization pot to empty the water.
