The temperature in this state is different. The average annual temperature in Los Angeles is 18.3 degrees Celsius, while that in San Francisco is 13.9 degrees Celsius. In the mountainous areas far from the coast, the climate is hot in summer and cold in winter. The Central Valley is hot in summer and slightly cold in winter, while the Royal Valley is hot and dry in summer.
