Helifu has been engaged in the research and development of medical equipment for many years, and has a 15-year history of producing blood cell analyzers, the quality of which can stand the test of time. According to our tracking service records, some of our customers have kept their instruments in use for up to ten years. The service life of the instrument should not only look at the instrument itself, the operator of some of the use of misconceptions, faulty operation will have an impact on the instrument, in order to make the instrument work better, without failures, some of the maintenance work is a must:
Operators must be pre-service training, can be a comprehensive and systematic mastery of the instrument's working principle, operating procedures, precautions for the use of the instrument as well as basic maintenance knowledge, when the instrument malfunction, the operator can be a good choice. Instrument failure, the operator can carry out some simple maintenance.
The instrument performs a self-test and an automatic rinse program when it is switched on and off, as well as an automatic rinse after sample determination. Relying on these basic specific procedures alone is clearly insufficient and the instrument still has a relatively high failure rate. Although the instrument's operating instructions do not specify a daily, weekly, or monthly maintenance program, my experience is that the instrument should be cleaned and maintained on a regular basis according to its workload, and vulnerable parts should be checked and replaced in a timely manner, rather than waiting for them to malfunction before replacing them, and in particular, the important parts should be maintained and repaired.
