2, the pressure piping installation unit qualifications, Completion and acceptance data (including installation completion data, material inspection), etc.; 3, piping components, piping support parts of the quality of documents; 4, online inspection requirements to check a variety of records;
5, the inspection cycle of the successive online inspection reports; 6, the inspector believes that the inspection of other information needed.
(b) the inspection unit and the inspector should be based on the review of information to develop the inspection program, and before the inspection and the use of units to implement the inspection program.
Inspection of safety matters should meet the following requirements:
(a) affect the pipeline full inspection of attached parts or other objects, should be cleaned up or removed in accordance with the inspection requirements; (b) for the inspection of scaffolding, light ladder and other facilities, must be safe and secure to facilitate the inspection and testing work; (c) high temperature or low temperature conditions under the operation of the pressure pipeline, it should be in accordance with the (C) high or low temperature operating conditions, should be in accordance with the requirements of the operating procedures to slowly cool down or warm up, to prevent damage;
(D) before the test, must cut off the power supply related to pipeline or adjacent equipment, remove the fuse, and set up obvious safety signs;
(E) such as on-site radiographic inspection, should be isolated from the transmittance area, set up a safety sign; (F) a full inspection, should meet the following conditions:
1. the pipeline internal media excluded clean, with blind isolation of all liquids, gases or vapors from the source, set up obvious isolation signs;
2. for the delivery of flammable, combustion-assisted, toxic or asphyxiating medium of the pipeline, it should be replaced, neutralized, disinfected, cleaned. For the delivery of flammable media pipeline, air replacement is strictly prohibited;
3. Into the pipeline internal inspection of lamps and tools used in the power supply voltage should be consistent with the current national standards, "Safe Voltage" GB3805 provisions; inspection of equipment and apparatus, should be in the validity of the calibration period, after checking and calibration can be used only after passing.
No insulation layer of non-buried pipeline should generally be the entire pipeline for external macro-inspection; insulation layer of non-buried pipeline should be a certain percentage of sampling; buried pipeline should be selected to be prone to damage parts of the excavation and sampling (if there is evidence that the corrosion protection is good, can be exempted from the excavation and sampling). Ratio of sampling by the inspector and the use of units combined with the pipeline operating experience to determine the consultation.
A macroscopic external inspection 1.1 leakage inspection
Mainly check the pipe and other components have no signs of leakage. 1.2 Insulation layer and anticorrosion layer inspection
Mainly check whether the pipe insulation layer is broken, peeling off, running cold, etc.; whether the anticorrosion layer is intact. 1.3 Position and Deformation Inspection
(1) Whether the position of the pipeline is in accordance with the safety specifications and the requirements of the current national standards; (2) whether there is any collision and friction between the pipeline and the pipeline, the pipeline and the neighboring equipment; (3) whether there is any deflection, sinking and abnormal deformation of the pipeline.
