"Dragon Sakura" one of the most educational Japanese drama I've ever seen. After watching it, you'll suddenly want to read. It is said to be known as "one of the essential reading materials for parents" in Japan. It teaches a lot of new ways to study for exams. It stars Tomohisa Yamashita and Tetsuhei Koike.
"Courage" is a movie similar to "Tears in a Liter". Also adapted from a true story. It's about fighting a disease. Kamehameha and Oguri Shun are in it
"Love Supplement" Kamehameha and Oguri Shun are in it. It's about a relationship between a "junior" and a manager in a company.
"Anego" with Hitoshi Akanishi is somewhat similar to "Love Supplement".
"Yakuza Freshman" A drama similar to "Ultimate Class". But it's about a yakuza teacher changing a super "bad" class. There are two parts. I like the second one better though. The second one has Kazuya Kamehashi and Hitoshi Akanishi, as well as Tetsuhei Koike (who is super cute in this one). Classic funny hot school drama.

"Only Love" pure love drama. Kamehameha and Kazuya acted in it. The female lead is said by some to be a female version of Akane.
The name of Death Note is a bit scary, but the content isn't. It's about a man with a sense of justice who picks up a Death Note dropped by the Grim Reaper, and as long as he writes down a person's name on it, that person will be dead in 60 seconds.
"NANA" is a classic Japanese movie. It's an adaptation of the manga, and the second part is said to have been released in Japan. Haven't seen it yet though. It's about two girls with the same name and different personalities.
