Design Principles

3, design scope
Medical wastewater treatment equipment system from the regulating tank outlet to the discharge outlet within the process, structure, equipment, electrical and automatic control. Does not include the construction of civil engineering, treatment station outside the conveyor pipeline, decorative engineering, HVAC and fire protection. I plant to provide civil engineering foundation design program drawings information.
The design of sewage treatment station is mainly divided into two major parts: sewage treatment and sludge treatment and disposal.
a) Sewage treatment
Investigate and study the change of water quality and quantity of sewage, and choose the program with mature technology, reasonable economy, flexible operation, convenient management and stable treatment effect.
b) sludge treatment and disposal
Often small sewage treatment stations have two methods of sludge treatment: one is sludge thickening mechanical dewatering treatment; the second is sludge drying treatment. Considering the sludge thickening mechanical dewatering treatment owner investment, and sludge thickening drying treatment has an impact on the surrounding health. Due to the sludge digestion system in this process, the amount of sludge produced is very small, for this reason, the sludge produced by this project into the sludge concentration pool only for simple concentration treatment, using manure trucks to pump and transport.
