1, hydroponic propagation
Generally, single-leaf radish is common in hydroponics. First, pick the leaves of branches about 10cm, preferably near the base, prepare a glass with a height of 5 ~ 7 cm as a container, and inject one third of natural water into the container. It is not advisable to inject too much, otherwise the leaves will be difficult to take root.
After preparing for hydroponics, insert the petiole of a single leaf directly into a glass container and change the water every 3-7 days to ensure the quality of the water. There is no need to provide it with nutrition. Keep it in a cool and ventilated place until the leaves take root in the water. After the leaves take root, you can drop nutrient solution to provide nutrients.
2. Soil culture and reproduction
In fact, the propagation method of single-leaf radish can also be propagated through soil culture. Every spring, summer and autumn, we can pick 15cm branches and leaves from plants without any pests and diseases, and make them loose and ventilated. Humus soil can be used as substrate for soil culture and propagation, so that single leaves can take root and sprout in the soil.
When radish is propagated by single leaf soil culture, carbendazim can be used to disinfect the leaves and soil to prevent the harm of pests and diseases in the propagation process. Insert a single leaf into the soil for 3 ~ 5 cm, and sprinkle water to wet the soil, and control the temperature at 25℃. It takes about 15 ~ 20 days to take root and sprout.
