Some domestic research units and production units cooperated to develop deinking technology and equipment, and after making use of the existing conditions of enterprises to innovate, small-scale production of waste paper recycled pulp was successful. Manufacturers in Xuchang, Jiaozuo, Suixian, Xinxiang and other places in Henan Province used imported waste paper such as AOCC to make high-strength corrugated paper and paperboard, and achieved remarkable results.
Small and medium-sized enterprises such as Fuzhou No.2 Paper Mill and Nanning Xinyang Paper Mill use domestic equipment and technology to process old newspapers and old cardboard to produce toilet paper and low-grade white cardboard. 1. Strictly control when purchasing waste paper raw materials. Especially imported waste paper, we should be more cautious in the current situation of more supply channels. Enterprises must conduct a comprehensive inspection of waste paper suppliers to understand the source of goods, economic strength, reputation and so on, so as not to be deceived.
2. Enterprises with strong financial and technical strength can purchase old corrugated boxes, old magazine paper and old newsprint from abroad, and at the same time, they can also introduce existing deinking technologies and equipment from abroad, including production lines, to produce high-quality recycled pulp and high-grade products. For enterprises that recycle straw pulp alkali, they can also use recycled pulp from imported waste paper, and add straw pulp and commercial wood pulp in proportion to make high-grade cultural paper.
3. For paper mills that have been shut down or have no hope of pollution control, you can invest a small amount of money to slightly improve the original equipment and use domestic waste paper to produce low-grade toilet paper, ordinary corrugated paper or recycled newsprint; You can also use domestic and imported waste paper pulp to copy medium and high-grade products, which will probably get out of the predicament.
4 enterprises in the procurement of waste paper, should be combined with their own equipment status, technical strength, production varieties and other classified use. Imported corrugated boxes and AOCC waste paper can be used to produce high-grade cartons, high-grade corrugated paper and bag paper, or used as core pulp and bottom pulp raw materials for white cardboard production; Using waste newspaper, adding about 30% old magazine paper, after comprehensive deinking by flotation-washing, newsprint can be produced or used as core pulp and backing pulp of white board. Use imported office waste paper, such as copy paper and computer printing paper. By using new deinking method, high-grade cultural printing paper can be produced on improved paper machine or imported production line. The purchased household waste paper can be used to produce middle and low grade cardboard and toilet paper.
